•  Evaluate the process subdivided into areas: Grinding, Pelletization and all the variables of control, thermal induration and any other sub process that might have a relevant impact on the quality and productivity of the plant. 
• Compile and review technical data or the required information/observation available in the plant related to the abnormality 
• Review the chemical, mineralogical, and physical specifications of the mineral and the chemical additives—laboratory data of current conditions and historical data. 
• Internal inspection to evaluate the mill's grinding media and develop a monitoring and calculating tool for the average media size distribution inside the mill, for optimizing the mill's performance while using a high percentage (%) of special grade material. 
• Conduct in company of PP2 Plant coordinator and R&D Team blend ratios with 15% & 25% of Iron Ore Grade with and without binder. 
• Evaluate plant operation parameters and procedures during such abnormalities. 
• Optimization of the furnace parameters such as pressure, temperature, bed level, machine speed during the implementation of the above-mentioned flux pellet specifications.
